Terms and conditions of use of the Square Old Chelsea accommodation service

Autorisation de frais; Frais et taxes

You authorise the booking platform to process your bookings at the price charged by Square Old Chelsea, plus all applicable fees and taxes (including, but not limited to, service charges invoiced by the website, charges associated with cleaning when booking a pet-friendly loft, charges for the consumption of chargeable items from the mini-bar and charges related to breakages and/or damage during an overnight stay at the establishment). By submitting your booking request, you authorise the booking platform to process all bookings on your behalf, including making the necessary payment arrangements. Certain rates and charges are specifically identified as non-refundable and cannot be refunded; and there may be other charges imposed by hotels, and if the booking is not cancelled within the specified time, the full amount, including hotel charges and hotel taxes may be forfeited and non-refundable.


Prices and rates quoted; Supplier’s conditions

The prices indicated on the Site may be modified and corrected at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already accepted. THE BOOKING PLATFORM EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY PRICING ERRORS. IN SUCH AN EVENT, IF AVAILABLE, WE WILL OFFER YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING YOUR BOOKING ON HOLD AT THE CORRECT PRICE OR WE WILL CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITHOUT PENALTY. Minimum stays may be required. Sales offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Charges and taxes for the room rate(s) will be shown, as on the final price and on the confirmation email. However, the final rate shown in the confirmation email does not include specific charges assessed by the hotel for miscellaneous expenses you may incur, such as room service (drinks in the mini-bar), resort fees, tourist taxes, other taxes, additional cleaning charges, pet-related cleaning charges or other miscellaneous charges. The rates shown are intended as a guide only and not as any form of guarantee of the final costs after your stay at the hotel.


Cancellations and changes

You understand that when you book via the Site, any cancellation or amendment policy described to you, including in the confirmation email sent to you, is binding and enforceable. You may cancel your reservation online by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling 819-827-2903 within the time period indicated at the time of reservation. Otherwise, the applicable fees will be charged in the event of a cancellation that does not respect the deadline.

Other terms and conditions

Arrival is at 4pm and departure is at 11am. Any request beyond these times (if possible), for early arrival or late departure, will incur a charge of $50 plus tax per hour.

Customer parking is available at 2 Padden Road, Chelsea, QC, J9B 1J6 and/or 8 Padden Road, Chelsea, QC, J9B 1J3. Lofts du Village is not responsible if a customer of Lofts du Village parks in a neighbouring business and is towed.

Square Old Chelsea is not responsible for any theft from any of the rented accommodation units. Doors lock automatically and theft would be the result of someone negligently closing the door behind them.

Square Old Chelsea reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of $500 for any damage or breakage caused to the furniture in a rented unit, to the furnishings, to the pull-out bed, to the appliances and to the unit in general. Square Old Chelsea also reserves the right to charge a minimum of $500 for any theft of furniture or other equipment.

The Lofts du Village, the Maison Bleue and the Chalets des Collines are non-smoking establishments. A fee of $250 will be charged if you do not respect this rule. It is also forbidden to smoke on the balconies and patios on the ground floor.

Pets are only accepted subject to reservation and applicable fees and in one loft only. A fee of $250 will be charged if this rule is not respected.

A fee of $60 for each additional person (per night) will apply if the number of guests does not correspond to the reservation.

No parties, gatherings or receptions. If this rule is not respected, you will be charged $250.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lofts du Village and Maison Bleue
We offer the possibility of cancelling without charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the first night, including taxes, will be charged.

Chalets des Collines
You have a cancellation period of 14 days. After this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
