Aperitivo Gin Liqueur Syrup

GIN DU JARDIN – CHELSEA DRY GIN

Inspired by Chelsea’s natural surroundings, this Quebec gin is distinguished by its fresh taste and local ingredients, such as clavalier pepper and Quebec juniper berry, grown locally by Ferme et Forêt.

GIN DU JARDIN MÉDITERRANÉEN

Made with Quebec corn alcohol and olive oil from La Belle Excuse, this gin is created using the Fat-Wash method.
Its lemon, olive and pistachio aromas will captivate you.

BELLA CIAO! APERITIVO

With notes of blood orange, bitter orange peel, gentian root and herbs reminiscent of Italian tradition, this aperitivo is perfect in a spritz or negroni.

ALLA VITA! AMARETTO

Savor the dolce vita, a sweet adventure where every moment is a discovery. Let yourself be seduced by our amaretto with notes of cherry pit and forest aromas.

Enter the enchanting world of La Cocktailerie, the brand new cocktail bar offered by the Distillerie du Square, located on the 2nd floor. You’ll be seduced by its exquisite cocktails and cosy atmosphere.
